What we love about this trip:
Montana, the “Treasure State,” is a place of rugged natural beauty, diverse wildlife, and a rich cultural heritage. From the stunning landscapes of the Rocky Mountains, Yellowstone National Park, to the vast expanses of unspoiled wilderness, including forests, mountains, lakes, and hot springs, make it a paradise for nature lovers.
We will be staying at Chico Hot Springs Resort and Day Spa which offers the quintessential Montana experience. Established in 1900 and currently on the National Historic Register, this unique place offers true western comfort and style. Chico is located in the majestic Paradise Valley which is a major River Valley of the Yellowstone River in Southwestern Montana known for its stunning views of the Absaroka Mountain Range to the east and the Gallatin Mountain Range to the west.
Exploring the natural beauty of Montana and Yellowstone National Park provides a diverse range of landscapes, wildlife, and geological wonders. You'll encounter stunning vistas, diverse ecosystems, geysers, hot springs, and possibly encounters with various wildlife species. Yellowstone's unique geothermal features and the extraordinary beauty of the landscapes are unparalleled. It's an ideal option for nature enthusiasts, hikers, and those who appreciate the grandeur of the outdoors.
On the other hand, soaking in Chico's open-air natural mineral hot springs pools offers a more relaxed and rejuvenating experience. These pools provide a tranquil environment to unwind, allowing visitors to soak and enjoy the geothermally heated waters surrounded by scenic views. The experience of watching the sunrise over the Absaroka Mountains or gazing at the night sky while in the soothing waters can be immensely peaceful and calming.
Come along on a trip you’ll talk about for years to come.
